二 | 21年来，这种居民自治形式获得了有关部门的肯定与表彰。 “团结奉献、勤俭自强” 是该小区的核心文化，通过各类宣传教育文体活动，对居民进行艺术熏陶与创作培养，深受大家推崇。
三 | 谈及举办“百姓春晚”的初衷，小区自治委员会负责人马文臣介绍，小区有艺术团，团长白淼常与文艺爱好者相聚，以歌舞、器乐等居民喜爱的艺术形式，增强了小区凝聚力，也让大家身心愉悦。在腊月二十八前举办 “百姓春晚”，既丰富了居民业余文化生活，也是对“幸福中国年”的预热。 “百姓春晚”的演员都是本小区居民，年龄最大的87岁，最小的50出头，平均年龄72岁。他们热爱文体活动，为给大家呈现原汁原味、亲切感十足的节目，都非常卖力。白淼说：“这些年，艺术团的演员们不仅给邻里带来了爱和笑声，也感染了周边地区，不少人前来观看，希望将这一模式引入自己的小区。” 78岁的曹献民来安居小区已经15年了。回忆起“百姓春晚”，他动情地说：“当初邻居间很少来往，小区内基本没啥文化生活，晚上都在家里看电视。自从小区举办了春晚，大家看节目的同时，还聚在一起唠家常，增进了感情，愉悦了心灵。” 近些年，曹献民的视力有些下降，几乎不看电视。
